By downloading, installing, or using Surpass ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Surpass is a strength training app that helps you plan workouts, log sets, track progression, and monitor training volume. The app provides automated suggestions for load, reps, and recovery based on your training history.
You agree to use Surpass for its intended purpose of personal fitness tracking. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Surpass is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The app's suggestions for weight progression, training volume, and recovery are algorithmically generated and should not be considered medical advice.
You own your workout data. All data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Surpass may offer optional premium features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The app, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Surpass and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using Surpass at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
